Our Services
- We offer technical advisory services to our customers on choice of suitable mechanization solutions. Through collaborations, we focus on Determining the Current Status, Identify the Existing Gaps & Opportunities and Recommend Workable Mechanization Solutions & Interventions with the View of Making the Dairy/Livestock and other Farming Enterprise(s) Profitable.
- Routine preventive and curative maintenance services are carried out by our mobile technicians at customer sites and from our workshops.
- We maintain reasonable stocks of fast-moving parts at all our branch offices. All other spares parts are available with from our suppliers and manufacturers on reasonable notice for weekly air shipments.
- All our machines have a factory warranty/guarantee for at least one (1) year
- Installation and commissioning of our machines and equipment is done by our engineers and technicians at your site. Training of operators and mechanics is offered at mutually convenient times at your site or in our workshops free of charge. At the same time, we can instruct your staff on how to interpret workshop manuals and order spare parts.
- Engineers and product support specialists from our suppliers and manufacturers visit Kenya from time to time as part of a continual research and development programmes. They also take part in our after-sales training programmes, and visit customers who from time to time require specialist service.
